AMAZON ACCOUNT MANAGER
Doomlings is a growing ecommerce brand looking for a detail-oriented and Amazon-savvy contractor to join our team part-time. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of Amazon Seller Central, communicates clearly, and knows how to solve problems before they become problems.
You'll be working closely with our leadership team and helping us manage and scale our Amazon operations across multiple marketplaces.
🔧 What You'll Be Responsible For
- Case Management Handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and work directly with Amazon Seller Support to keep our listings and operations running smoothly.

Reporting Generate and interpret weekly sales, inventory, and performance reports. Help us spot trends, identify risks, and flag wins.
- Item Builds Create and optimize new ASINs, including variations, product detail pages, and all required listing attributes and documentation.
- Shipping Management Oversee and coordinate FBA shipments, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery to fulfillment centers.
✅ What We're Looking For
- 1–2+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (FBA experience required)
- Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills
- Self-starter attitude and comfort working independently
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, Amazon reports, and basic data analysis
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
⭐ Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (UK, DE, CA, MX)
- Familiarity with flat file uploads and listing troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Amazon Advertising or keyword tools
