Doomlings Ancient Fates is a brand new Variety Expansion that is reimagining of the original “Doomlings Upgrade Pack” featuring a new twist on the original Dinolings, Mythlings, Techlings, and the Meaning of Life along with a brand new mini-expansion: Ancient Doomlings!
5 NEW DOOMLINGS SETS TO PLAY WITH
ANCIENT DOOMLINGS
Enderas’ past is written in stone. The Doomlings forge their own future today only because their ancestors stood on the shoulders of giants. Like, literal giants.
Five titans loom over the Ancient Doomlings set, worth massive points but demanding real sacrifice to play. The rest of the traits are a quieter cohort: small but useful, and sometimes exactly what you need to wake something enormous.
Harness the power of the Titans, colossal Doomlings that once dominated the planet.
Scoring massive points demands the sacrifice of smaller, lesser Doomlings.
Lesser Ancient Doomlings give you strategies to rack up the sacrificial traits.
DINOLINGS
Fossil records show that Dinolings once roamed Enderas. Charge forward with these powerful beasts, and see how they shaped
the world of today.
Uncover the past with the Dinolings collection and their effects focused around the discard pile. No new rules to learn, but be warned: the bigger the trait, the bigger the discard!
These prehistoric Doomlings use the grave to their advantage, helping you score big points in unconventional ways.
Extinction? Not so fast! Dinolings use the discard pile to bring back powerful traits and score big points.
Draw power from the past, scoring big points based on what's lurking in the discard pile!
MYTHLINGS
Ancient tomes whisper of beings unlike any other. Step into their story, and discover the magic in your destiny.
Magic and mischief defy the natural order of things! Mythlings open the mind to the possibilities. Pay attention to the discard effects on cards with the sparkly new spell icon.
A magical gathering for the ages! Stacked with surprises, these Mythlings will keep your opponents on their toes.
Mythlings are a collection of Doomlings known for their mischievous tricks!
New Mechanic Alert! Watch out for spells that cast enchanting effects when discarded.
TECHLINGS
A tech boom on Enderas sparked a new type of Doomling, one with certain… modifications. Utilize these complex little robots to calculate the algorithm of success.
Techlings introduce a new attachment mechanic to the game, perfect for once you’ve mastered the fundamentals!
Techlings are from a bygone era, known for their helpful innovations.
Many of these ancient technological beings utilize the long-lost attachment ability. Keep an eye out for the attachment symbol, which will strengthen your Doomlings species!
Techlings thrive on support, enhancing other Doomlings. When you see the persistent symbol, know that your entire species is affected!
THE MEANING OF LIFE
Throughout the ages, Doomlings have contemplated their existence. Why am I here? Does any of it matter? Luckily, the Meaning of Life provides your little Doomlings simple answers to these complicated questions... by adding quantifiable point values to their lives.
These hidden objectives incentivize different strategies, adding a new element to your decision when choosing which card to play.
Give your Doomlings purpose with secret objectives to learn what it's all about.
Complete hidden objectives of varying difficulty - Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond.
At the end, after all points are scored, apply one of your Meaning of Life card's objectives! Turn the tides in your favor at the last minute.
